What does your Commander deck cost on Cardmarket?
Paste a decklist, set Cardmarket as your price source, and see what the deck is worth — and what it really costs you once the cards you already own are taken off.
Check a deck’s price in three steps
- Choose Cardmarket. Settings → Prices & currency: price provider Cardmarket, currency euro — or any of 30 currencies.
- Import the deck. Paste the list under Decks → Import deck, or open a CSV. Or build a deck from your own collection.
- Read the numbers. The deck’s value sits under its name; the Shopping tab totals what you still need.
Two prices, not one
What the deck is worth
Every card in the list, the commander included, at its Cardmarket price. Basic lands are left out. Switch the price source and the whole deck is repriced at once.
What it costs you
Only the cards your collection is missing. With your cards in Commandarium, that is the number that matters — often a fraction of the deck’s value.
Where the money goes
Each category shows what it costs to finish — 35 cards · 2 to buy · €7.60 — so you see whether the lands or the creatures are the expensive part.
Where the Cardmarket prices come from
Scryfall publishes Cardmarket’s price for every printing and updates it about once a day; Commandarium reads it from there. Worth knowing:
- A market price, not an offer. It tells you what a card is worth on Cardmarket. What you pay depends on the sellers’ listings on the day.
- Your printing, or a common one. Cards you own are priced as the printing you own, foils as foils. A card you still need is priced in a standard printing — open it, and its Printings tab lists every printing with its price, so you see when a reprint is cheaper.
- No price, no guess. When Cardmarket has no price for a printing, another store’s price is shown, converted to your currency and marked with a tilde (~) — never passed off as a Cardmarket price.
- The day it was built. A deck keeps the prices from the moment it was built or imported. Import it again before a big order to see today’s numbers.
- Any currency. Pick pounds, francs or zloty, and the euro prices are converted with the European Central Bank’s daily rates.
Buy the missing cards on Cardmarket
- Open the deck’s Shopping tab: every card you are missing, the most important first, with its Cardmarket price and the total.
- The arrow on each row opens that card on Cardmarket.
- For the whole list at once, tap Copy list: every missing card, one per line, like
1 Swords to Plowshares. On Cardmarket, open a wants list, paste it into the field for a deck list and add it — then let Cardmarket find the sellers. - When the cards arrive, Add them to my collection… under the list marks them as yours, and the list is empty.

Open CommandariumQuestions
Can I check a deck without a collection?
Yes. Import the list without any collection and every card counts as one to buy, so the shopping total is the full price of the deck.
I see euros, but are they Cardmarket prices?
Not until you choose Cardmarket. The default source is TCGplayer, shown in your local currency. Under Settings → Prices & currency, set the price provider to Cardmarket; the choice is remembered, and shop links then open Cardmarket too.
Does it work for MTGO?
Yes — choose Cardhoarder as the price source and the deck is priced in event tickets (tix).
Is the price checker free?
Yes. Importing, pricing and the shopping list are free, with or without an account.
