AI deck upgrades

AI upgrades for your Commander deck

“Make it stronger” looks at your deck’s gaps and suggests the cards you don’t own yet that would help most — within your budget, with a reason for each and the card it should replace.

How the AI picks upgrades for your MTG deck

The AI does not guess from memory. It works on a list of real candidates for your commander and ranks them by what your deck is missing.

Only real cards

Candidates come from EDHREC and Scryfall for your commander, minus your deck and your whole collection. The AI ranks and explains them — it cannot invent a card.

Your budget

Any price, or up to 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 50 per card in your currency. Cards above it are never suggested.

What to cut

Each pick names the weakest card it should replace, so the deck stays at 100 and gets better with every swap.

Straight to the sideboard

Put a suggestion on the sideboard with one tap and swap it in once the card arrives.

Private

Only the deck list is sent to create the suggestions — never your collection.

Questions

Is Commandarium an AI deck builder?

Commandarium builds the deck itself with its own rules and EDHREC data, from the cards you own — no AI needed for that. The AI comes in once a deck exists: it ranks the best upgrades and explains them. So you build a Commander deck with the deck builder, then let the AI tune it.

Which AI is used?

Claude, by Anthropic. Only your deck list and the candidate cards are sent to create the suggestions — never your collection.

Does it work for any deck?

For any Commander deck in Commandarium — built from your collection, imported from a list or copied from a shared link.
